From 15th to 19th of November 2008 begins a new edition of EQUIP’HÔTEL, The International exhibition of Restaurant, Hotel, Coffee Shops and Community Equipment which will take place in the EXPO hall Porte de Versailles in Paris.

Equip’Hôtel’s outstanding events programme gives exhibitors a chance to showcase their products and expertise to industry professionals in a lively and convivial atmosphere.

All the events that were a great hit in 2006 – the Equip’Hôtel Studio, Café/Bar Workshop, Gourmet Workshops and Chefs’ Snacks, catwalk shows, and the Worldwide Trophy for the Best Chef in Group Catering organised by CCC, the French group caterers’ trade association – will be major talking points again this year!

Plus, the Café/Bar Workshop will have a bookshop, where leading hotel and catering industry names will be signing their books. Another exciting feature will be Chef’s Theatre, where some of the finest masters of their craft will teach the most innovative techniques and prepare dishes from around the world!
And finally, the big innovation for 2008, Equip’Hôtel TV, with programmes to rival anything put out by the top TV channels.
