In 1933 the company illyCAFFÉ was founded in Trieste by Francesco Illy who was encouraged by his entrepreneurial spirit embarked on a management adventure and set up his own business combining the fascinating world of coffee and the cosmopolitism of that time.

Today is its 75 anniversary. To celebrate this important birthday illycaffé couldn’t choose a better location than Trieste, city of born where several events and celebrations are organized by the company. In cities like Berlin and Venice other events are prepared as well.
